EAT PLANT-BASED VEGETARIAN FOODS. Our bodies run better with unrefined, unprocessed, whole foods.
EAT LIVING AND FERMENTED FOODS. Living raw foods retain higher levels of enzymes, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients & fibers. Fermented foods like raw sauerkraut & kombucha promote the growth of friendly intestinal bacteria which aid in digestion and support immune function.
EAT SMALLER PORTIONS. Reduce the burden on the digestive system for optimum health and longevity.
ELIMINATE WHITE SUGAR & CORN SYRUP. Both decrease immune function and can make allergy symptoms worse. Use liquid stevia, raw honey, pure maple syrup, date or coconut sugar instead.
GOOD FOR YOU FATS. Organic grass-fed meats, organic local pastured eggs, coconut products, olives, organic butter, wild caught salmon, nuts – walnuts, brazil, macadamia, pine, pecan, seeds: flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, chia.
DRINK MORE WATER! Consume at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day.

DITCH YOUR MICROWAVE, GET A TOASTER OR MINI CONVECTION OVEN. Microwave frequency radiation has been shown to affect heart rate. Microwaving zaps the nutrients out of your food. Broccoli “zapped” in the microwave loses up to 97 percent of its beneficial antioxidants and minerals.
ALKALINIZE YOUR BODY. Eat more vegetables and fruits to increase alkalinity, boost immunity, eliminate pain and chronic symptoms of a disease.
ELIMINATE WHITE SALT. Try Coconut Aminos, Ume Plum Vinegar, Bragg Liquid Aminos or sea salt that is pink or grey in color. This can reduce blood pressure & joint stiffness.
